01About

Founder first. Shipped, failed, rebuilt, shipped again.

I started out selling real estate in New York, then founded Yurtah there, a property marketplace that raised $250K and listed 25,000+ units. Some of it worked, a lot of it didn't, and the second list taught me more. Today I run Studio MegaApp, a studio that makes apps, most of them our own: KulpunAi, an AI customer-support platform two banks use; Alt AI Labs; Yurtah, rebuilt with AI; and three more in the lab. With the same team and the same speed we automate real businesses: Cool Group and Ala-Too Resort run on systems we built.

I also founded Jyldyz Academy, which has taught thousands of people in Kyrgyzstan to code and design for free. Before the studio I directed $500M+ in national infrastructure programs at Kumtor and co-wrote a national digital education strategy with the UN.

    Start from a real problem

    Our products start where hours and money leak, in our own work or in a business we know from the inside. If a process can be automated, we automate it.

    Ship early, to real people

    Not slides. A working product on real data, in people's hands within weeks. Then we watch what they actually do with it.

  3. 03

    Keep it, kill it or rebuild it

    Some products take off and some don't. We shut down what doesn't work, rebuild what's worth saving and keep shipping. Yurtah went from a New York marketplace to an AI product.

  1. 2022 — Present

    Chief Executive Officer

    Studio MegaApp · Bishkek

    A studio that makes apps: our own products first, and systems for businesses that want to automate. I run the company, lead product and build most first versions myself.

    • Our own products: KulpunAi, used by Bereket Bank and Eldik Bank, and Alt AI Labs; Solo OS, MalSat and Balam.AI in testing.
    • Rebuilding Yurtah, my New York marketplace, as Yurtah.AI.
    • With Cool Group: Toolor and Tikme, which cut 200 hours a week of planning and task tracking by more than 90%.
    • Built the Kekeev delivery system and stayed on as their technology partner.
  2. 2022 — 2025

    Senior Program Manager, EdTech and Digital Transformation

    UN · UNDP · UN Women

    • Co-authored the National Digital Education Strategy and scaled it to 70+ regional centers.
    • Reached 15,000+ people and trained 6,000 educators.
    • Ran civic-tech, digital-skills and teacher-training programs across ministries and UN agencies.
  3. 2021 — 2022

    Senior Program Manager

    Kumtor Gold Company

    One of Central Asia's largest gold-mining operations.

    • Directed seven national infrastructure programs worth $500M+.
    • Portfolio included Karakol and Tamchy airports and medical and business centers on Issyk-Kul.
    • Presented funding proposals directly to the President and the Minister of Economy.
  4. 2021 — 2022

    Founder

    Jyldyz Academy

    Free tech education at scale: computer science, UX/UI design, social media marketing and video.

    • Grew from 500 students to 3,000, then reached over 9,000 women through the Chyrak program.
    • Graduates have launched companies and joined global firms and universities abroad.
  5. 2017 — 2021

    Founder and CEO

    Yurtah · New York

    A real estate marketplace built to take on StreetEasy and Zillow in New York.

    • Raised $250K and listed 25,000+ units across web and mobile.
    • Hired and managed a remote team of 30+ across four countries.
    • Grew to $10K in monthly recurring revenue.
